The Service is operated by Eitonics Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Kids Toto", "we", "us"), registered at Apex 9, NIET TBI, Greater Noida, India, operating the website KidsToto.com and providing a paid, online career-guidance assessment for students, delivered as a printable certificate and a detailed report ("Service"). By creating an account, making a payment, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service is an educational and informational guidance tool based on self-reported answers, scored against established psychometric frameworks (Gardner's Multiple Intelligences, Big Five/OCEAN, Holland's RIASEC, and general career-trend data). It is not professional career counselling, psychological assessment, medical advice, or educational consultancy, and it does not guarantee any academic, professional, or financial outcome. Use it as one input among many when guiding your child.
The Service is intended to be purchased and operated by a parent or legal guardian ("you") on behalf of a minor child. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of any information entered about yourself or your child, and for supervising your child's use of the assessment.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Each certificate/report is a one-time, per-attempt purchase. Payments are processed by Cashfree, a licensed third-party payment gateway; we do not collect or store your card or bank details. Prices shown at checkout are final for that transaction and may change for future purchases without notice. All amounts are in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
All payments are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an assessment attempt has been unlocked, except in the narrow circumstances described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The certificate, report, assessment content, scoring methodology, branding, and all related materials are owned by Kids Toto and licensed to you for personal, family, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, or publicly republish them without our written permission.
The quality of the recommendation depends entirely on the accuracy and honesty of the answers submitted. We do not verify, and are not responsible for, the truthfulness or accuracy of any information you or your child provide.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kids Toto and its founders, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the certificate or report. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.
You agree to indemnify and hold Kids Toto harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, without notice, in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, payment disputes raised in bad faith, or breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.
