If money was deducted from your account but, due to a verified technical or payment-gateway failure, no certificate was generated and no assessment attempt was unlocked, you may be eligible for a refund. To request one:
We will verify the transaction status with Cashfree, our payment processor. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, at our sole discretion, within Cashfree's standard settlement timelines (typically 5โ10 business days). This is the only circumstance under which a refund is considered.
For clarity, the following do not qualify for a refund under any circumstance: a successfully delivered certificate or report, partial use of the assessment, third-party banking delays unrelated to us, or dissatisfaction with results based on answers you or your child provided.
This Refund Policy is the complete and final statement of our refund practice and supersedes any other verbal or written representation. It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
