• Account/parent data: name, email, phone number, and a securely hashed password
• Child data: first/last name, age, gender, grade, country, and parent relationship — entered by you
• Assessment data: the answers, ratings, and selections submitted during the assessment
• Payment metadata: order ID, amount, and payment status. We do not collect or store card, UPI, or bank details — these are handled entirely by Cashfree, our payment processor
• Technical data: IP address (stored as a one-way hash), browser/device information, and basic usage logs

2. Why we collect it

• To generate the assessment scoring, certificate, and report
• To create and secure your account, and let you access past results from your dashboard
• To process payment and verify transactions
• To respond to support requests
• To detect fraud, abuse, and prevent misuse of the Service
• To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations

3. Children's privacy

Kids Toto is designed to be used by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of a child. Children do not create their own accounts or submit payment. As the account holder, you are responsible for the accuracy of any data you submit about your child and for supervising their participation in the assessment.

4. How we share data

We do not sell your data. We only share it with:

• Cashfree — to process payments
• Hosting, email, and infrastructure providers — strictly to operate the Service
• Authorities — only if legally required (e.g. court order, regulatory request)

5. Storage & security

Data is stored on secured servers; passwords are stored using one-way bcrypt hashing, never in plain text. We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access.

6. Data retention

We retain account, assessment, and order data for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes, after which it may be deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing info@kidstoto.com. We may ask for identity verification and may retain certain records where required by law.

8. Cookies
